| My wife and I consider ourselves fortunate to have been introduced to real estate agent Nobuko Johnson when we first started looking for property to buy in Whatcom County, more than two years ago. We had a difficult task set out for her because we were looking for a large property with two houses. To compound the problems, we were from out of State and weren't always available for viewing the newest available sites. Since we also wanted to be able to legally split the property, she spent considerable time on our behalf at the County planning commission, always with a smile. She made it quite clear that we were not taking advantage of her good nature and using more of her time than was necessary. We, through Nobuko, did purchase a property that suited our needs and all of the necessary paperwork was handled professionally and expediently. We are now using her services for a third time in an effort to acquire an additional property, and once again using her expertise. | ||
